We've shipped out all the RIVERDALES INVASION USA package deals. Sorry it took longer than expected, but they are on their way to your place of residence as I type. So let’s see what’s going on…

KEPI and KEVIN SECONDS are headed to Minneapolis. They’re actually at the airport right now as they gear up for a string of shows with the mighty ANDREW JACKSON JIHAD. Remember, AJJ will be selling their new cd at all of their shows. It’s the only place to get it, as we won’t start selling stuff until October.

We are doing a 7” for a band called READY THE JET from Los Angeles, California. They play mid tempo punk rock influenced by bands like MISSION OF BURMA, THE REPLACEMENTS, and the MINUTEMEN. Here’s a good review for them. "...tapping into the 80's Minneapolis power-pop/punk vein like something fierce, essentially sharing the same kinds of influences that make Superchunk great. I wish college rock and indie rock still sounded like this."

They will be heading up north to play with Classics of Love and Toys That Kill at the Bottom of the Hill in San Francisco on July 31st and then again in the parking lot show the next day in Oakland. Check them out here at myspace.com/readythejet

By the way, for the show on July 31st, there will be a food drive, so please bring a non-perishable canned food and you’ll receive some kind of gift for your donation. That’s the BTH show in San Francisco. FYI..
I’m curious as to how many people will be going to the generator show at the Oakland Coliseum? This is the next day. The free show from 4 – 7 PM Hmmm….. If you plan on going, email me at mikeasianman@aol.com I am curious as to how much food/drinks to get. Last time, we had one keg and it ran out pretty quickly. Wondering if I should get 2 kegs this time? Is it possible to get soda in a keg? Hmmmm…

The Riverdales are doing a record release show this Saturday at the MAJESTIC THEATER in good ol’ Madison, Wi.. And for those of you who’ve received their copy of INVSAION USA, what do you think? I’m curious. I think it’s friggin amazing.
