I've just recovered from a bout with the Stomach Flu. Much much much different than your common FLU. The stomach flu puts you in an awkward scenario where you are keeled over in a motionless state, moaning as you wait for the next time you will vomit. After said action, you are temporarily relieved until more vomit ensues. Does this sound like fun? No, it's not. I had done pretty good for myself in terms of not getting the stomach flu. Believe it or not, I used to get some kind of stomach ailment at least once every.....hmmmm... 18 months or so, but I had been nearly 5 years removed from this experience and perhaps I let my guard down.

Who knows?? But I'm on almost 100% recovered, so woopdeedoo!!

Asian Man fans who've pre-ordered the new QUEERS record.... I told you it was good. Hopefully most of you have already received your copy. We actually started shipping them out earlier than we had stated, so your friggin welcome. We've also got the re-release of BEAT OFF in stock now, so you can get both if you haven't already. In more QUEERS news, their van blew up, but in true QUEERS fashion, they haven't missed a show. Renting a cargo van for two days, they trekked up the north east and then dropped off a roadie at the airport to fly to Indianapolis to borrow MASS GIORGINI'S van. In the meantime, the boys rented a RYDER TRUCK which will be dropped off in North Carolina where hopefully their new vehicle will be waiting for them. Ahhhh... the pleasantries of tour. How I don't miss it. Damn, Joe Queer is my hero. How can he still be doing this full time after 20 years. I bow down to his greatness.

Both the band MONKEY and SATORI will have music featured on the new MTV reality show called MAUI FEVER. How in the world MTV got a hold of their music is beyond me, but whatever. As long as the bands are happy with it, then I approve. It's actually kind of strange how these tv shows find Asian Man music. Let's look at what's made it on the big screen or the small screen:

Ok, I'll leave y'all alone. I'm just curious though. I've wanted to try and get some of the overseas bands to tour. Nicotine from Japan, Akiakane from Japan, No Torso from Norway, the Peacocks from Switzerland. My question to you would anybody go? Just trying to get some feedback whether it's worth trying to book them a tour full of empty halls, etc.. Hmmmm..
