First off, I must apologize to the hundreds of people who tried ordering the 25 cd's for $25 deal and couldn't get through to place an order. We take Wednesdays off and by the time we got back on Thursday, our message machine was maxed out. Add in over 100 emails about the deal and then the phone ringing off the hook on Thursday and Friday...YIKES!!! This put us in an awkward situation. Basically, we couldn't get any work done. The 25 CD deal wasn't thought out on my part and therefore didn't realize how many people were interested. So, I am extremely sorry for those of you whom we didn't call or email back.

I don't like the fact that I didn't call people back. It's a pet peeve of mine and it's rude. As a result, I've decided to extend this for two days. I've made it available to order online. Hopefully this will appease those who weren't able to order. We have some interns coming in today to put together a bunch of the packages, so we should be ready for the mailorder madness. Again, please do not post this deal on any news sites.

Speaking of interns, we've decided to take on two more interns. So, if you are from the bay area(more specifically the San Jose area) and want to intern for us, please get in touch. email me at mikeasianman@aol.com

I've been toiling with the idea of bringing back a message board here at Asian Man. We used to have one from 96-98, but took it down due to the large number of internet meat heads provoking our fans into mindless banter. But I think there are ways we can moderate the web board to provide a positive network of like minded people. So my questions to you are:
A.Would you be interested in something like this?
B.Would anybody be interested in being the moderator?
C.Can anybody put this together? I.E. set up the entire thing for us...
Get in touch with ideas. I know there are different options for a discussion boards, so if you know of a good one....let me know!!
